I am researching the process in case I finally decide to SBR a CZ Scorpion pistol. I have looked at the form, but am iffy on the part where I need CLEO signature. I live in Chesapeake, VA. I am not sure where I take my paperwork to and am not quite sure how to find that out. Do I literally just take the paper to my local precinct and they sign off?
Thanks for any info on the process.

no more CLEO signature requirement
do a google search, plenty of sites explaining the new process
