The Nature of the work would be helpful to know.
Are you an Engineering firm, Medical office, Law Enforcement, Investment banking, Landscaping, Heavy Highway paving, Pick-A-Part Salvage yard?
All highly respected jobs IMHO, but most require varying backgrounds and skillsets.
