All,

See below

Short version - these are paid ($6k stipend for undergrad, $7k stipend for graduate - AND travel expenses covered) experiences in DHS' Science and Technology Directorate. It's the research and development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) wing of DHS serving 7 operational and 22 support Components (Secret Service, CBP, ICE etc.). It's international, and has national-laboratories across the United States (Plum Island Animal Disease Center [developed a vaccine for foot and mouth disease], and the Transportation Security Laboratory [creating the next generation of screening technologies] to name two). Please share this far and wide.
