Reccently picked up a ruger ar556 and was wondering if i can change out the barrel to a upgraded one something with more twist and longer because already going to go with a free float rail so i'll be removing the barrel anyway any modifications i need to make

So if i have a .223 556 upper i can put a 223 wylde barrel on it
