While I know there are copious listings of materials out there, I would specifically like to ask those of you that load for subsonic 5.56 or 223.
What works best for you and what sources are there for it?
I know some people will think that it is a mute point to fire a 55gr projectile designed to be used at high velocity at such low speeds, but humor me please.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
Patrick

I use dacron pillow stuffing on .45 Colt and .45-70 etc.
NO IDEA on .223...
Trailboss (NEVER COMPRESSED) might be a Google search for a load.
