babarsac ...working for the rat race Registered: 12/02/09 Posts: 575 Loc: Old Town Alexandria City or County: Alexandria	Has anyone had any luck shipping a firearm to a gunsmith from the NOVA area? My local UPS hub (the one in Springfield) will not accept my rifle for shipment without a FFL. However I'm almost sure you don't need a FFL to ship a firearm to a gunsmith in-state.
