I'd say I agree.

Try Imperial Sizing die wax.

That stuff is slicker than snake snot.

RCBS oil is what I use and have good success with it. If I am doing cases that tend to expand at the shoulder (300 WM) I will put a little frog lube in a bag and shake them up to make the process easier.
You may also want to use a caliper on them to see if they are expanding to much. Cheap brass can be hard to reload and the thinner the walls get the more unpredictable and possibly of catastrophic failure increases.

That's my 2 cents

I use this

Since I got away from the lube pad and greasy fingers I really like this stuff a lot. I haven't had a stuck case since. I would stay away from aerosol lubes that are petroleum based as some of them kill primers.

Kroil should never get near reloading gear that touches brass due to contamination. It kreeps so well it could migrate through a primer pocket. Just a FYI

I was using RCBS Case lube, but for .223 I was denting the shoulders due to hydraulic pressure. Harmless but ugly.

Instead now I just a touch of froglube paste on my fingers, every 4th case or so i rub my finger along the top, rub it against my thumb, then swirl around a casing before i size it.

There are also reloaders on the internet who recommend a 1:10 mix of lanolin : Iso-heet (99% isopropyl alcohol) in a spray bottle.

The alcohol evaporates leaving the lanolin on the casings. I haven't tried it yet.
