I purchased 25 lbs. of FFG Geox awhile back. I and a friend had planned to do a lot more shooting than it turned out we are able to do. Still in the original heavy duty bag and box which has never been opened. Is it legal for me to sell this powder to a private citizen? I can't see any reason why not but want to be sure.
