Firearms Training & Solutions is holding a Fundamentals of Concealed Carry Class on July 21st and July 22nd at 6:00p.m. This is a defensive handgun class with a round count of approximately 90 rounds. The lecture is composed of safety, marksmanship, defensive handgun concepts, situational awareness and lethal force considerations. The shooting portions is comprised of technical shooting, drawing from a strong side hip holster, shooting from various ready positions at different shot speeds, failure drills, one handed engagements and shooting behind cover. The course starts at 6:00p.m. each evening and lasts approximately 2.5 hours each night. Shooter needs: defensive handgun, 90 rounds of ammunition, holster, belt and eye/ear protection. Cost is $100.
