At the Public range outside of New Castle sighting in a .308. Range was cold and everyone left to reset targets. Three young men....early 20's... were at the last bench. I was walking back from the furthest part of the range when 1 of the 3 picked up his rifle and aimed it toward everyone walking down...seems he was using the scope to watch his friends set up their target. About 10 people yelled at him simultaneously. It was time to leave for sure!!!
