Said he'd take the rifle I had for sale on Monday (7/13) and could meet up Thursday (7/16) around 2:30 and that he'd txt me that Wednesday (7/15) to confirm...Wednesday came and went, no text. Thursday at 2:30 came and went- got a txt a little after 3:00 asking if I could meet at 7 that evening, which I could not so we decided on Sunday (7/19) between 12-2 at a designated spot off I-95.

Got a text Sunday AM saying he was leaving NoVA at 11-11:15 and we should meet at 1:30.
I arrived at 1:15 and he texted saying he'd be about 30 minutes late, no big deal as I was 15 min early. 1:45 came, no sign of him. 2:00 came, nothing, at 2:15 I received the text that he was pulling in to which I responded, ok I'm parked in this specific area and am in this particular make of vehicle. Between 2:15 and 3:00 I sent several texts and called 3 times- no answer. Drove around lot looking for his make/model of vehicle- nothing. After nearly 2 hours I split. Later on claims to have had "phone issues," after he knew where I was parked and what I was driving. I don't know if I was deliberately lied to, or this guy is just incompetent when it comes to logistics but I believe that my feedback on here speaks for itself and I don't have time for members like this. Avoid at all costs.
